This protein muesli recipe from Balance Sports Nutrition is completely oat-free! It's a hearty, nutritious meal that features Balance's plant-based protein powder, and it's packed with all sorts of seeds including pumpkin, chia, and sunflower.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 serve Balance Plant Protein, vanilla flavour
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, grated
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 80ml cold water
  • Splash of milk to serve

 

Directions

  1. Grab a small bowl and add the LSA, all the seeds, sultana, cinnamon, salt, and water. Mix to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight to soak.
  3. When you wake up the next morning, stir in the Balance Plant Protein, grated apple, and chopped walnuts.
  4. Scoop the mixture evenly into two bowls and top with a splash of milk.
