This protein muesli recipe from Balance Sports Nutrition is completely oat-free! It's a hearty, nutritious meal that features Balance's plant-based protein powder, and it's packed with all sorts of seeds including pumpkin, chia, and sunflower.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp sultanas
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 serve Balance Plant Protein, vanilla flavour
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, grated
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 80ml cold water
- Splash of milk to serve
Directions
- Grab a small bowl and add the LSA, all the seeds, sultana, cinnamon, salt, and water. Mix to combine.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight to soak.
- When you wake up the next morning, stir in the Balance Plant Protein, grated apple, and chopped walnuts.
- Scoop the mixture evenly into two bowls and top with a splash of milk.
