- 1/2 cup Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey, Banana Cream flavor
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/8 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
