Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These no-bake 4-ingredient low-carb peanut butter protein balls are so easy and super fun to make.

To make this healthy yet delicious snack, you only need 10 minutes and store it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.





  1. Combine all the ingredients until they mix uniformly. The dough mixture needs to be dense and not too dry. If it's too runny, you can add sweetener and protein powder in equal amounts.
  2. Freeze the dough for 20 minutes for it to become firm and less sticky.
  3. Once it is cold and firm, scoop out balls and roll them in your hands
