Post Work Out MUSCLE TOAST

Ingredients


1/4 CUP COCONUT MILK
1 EGG
1 EGG WHITE
1 SCOOP OF MUSCLEPHARM COMBAT VANILLA
PROTEIN POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON OF CINNAMON
2 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
1/2 BANANA
1 TEASPOON OF WATER

Directions
1) Mix together coconut milk. egg, egg white. Combat powder
and cinnamon until the ingredients are blended smoothly.

2) Put breed slices in one at a time to absorb the mixture.
Make sure to let each side absorb the mixture for a good
15-20 seconds.


3) Spray pan with a non stick cooking spray, warm with
medium heat Put bread slices into the pan and let them
cook for 2-3 minutes par side or until the sides begin to
turn a light brown.


4) Finish by mixing banana and water together then place
on top of each piece of bread!
