- 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for topping)

- 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, OxyWhey Protein, orange zest, and sweetener.
- Mash the raspberries in a separate bowl.
