Make your own high protein snack that will last you through the day or the week.
The RawFit Performance Protein Bars are super easy to make. They are chocolatey but guilt-free, healthy, and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein - Rich Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs/dairy free choc chips
- 1/2 cup peanut
- 1/2 cup rice syrup
- 1/2 cup rice syrup
- Dairy-free milk
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
- In a separate bowl, melt coconut oil, nut butter, and rice malt syrup until combined.
- Pour melted mixture into the dry mix and stir.
- Add a dash of dairy-free milk if needed.
- Press into a lined baking tray or dish.
- Place into the fridge until set before cutting into bars.
