Gligor's note: I call this smoothie the 'High Energy Morning Boost' as it provides that extra zing in the morning when I wake up at 5.30am to go get ready for the day ahead. I love that it gives enough sustenance for quite some time so I don't get hungry by the time I get to work (which used to happen before), and at the same time it is full of fibre and also tastes really nice!
Ingredients

Two blocks of weetbix

One banana
-
One teaspoon of cinnamon

One serving of Balance Ultra Ripped Protein (chocolate)

One teaspoon of unsalted peanut butter (this ingredient is optional, I sometimes have it and sometimes not depending on mood)

250-350ml of Trim Milk (depending on how dense a smoothie you like)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in your blender.
- Blend!
- Enjoy your fantastic smoothie.
