- 1 tbsp Healtheries Ground LSA Super Fruits
- 1 scoop Balance Natural 100% Whey Protein (Vanilla)
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 small banana
- 1/2 cup of water
- 4-5 ice cubes
