Vital All-In-One Chia Pod

Whether you're looking to try a new healthy breakfast or a guilt-free snack, you'll never go wrong with ​VITAL ALL-IN-ONE CHIA POD. Loaded with fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and essential nutrients, this delicious recipe from is worth trying out.



  • 1 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 4 tbsp. Coconut Yogurt
  • Green Apple
  • Banana
  • 2 tsp. Vital All-In-One
  • 2 tsp. Kale Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • Ice


  1. Soak the chia seeds with coconut milk overnight. Add to base of a cup or serving glass.
  2. Add the 4 tbsp. coconut yogurt as middle layer.
  3. Blend the apple, banana, Vital All-In-One, kale powder, coconut water, and ice.
  4. Add to top of coconut yogurt layer, can also mix in if preferred.
  5. Top with your preference of fresh fruits, this recipe uses sliced apple and blueberries.
