Try the green slice. It is packed with lots of probiotics and potent immune-boosting ingredients, just what you need in these trying times.
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons Vital All-In-One
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 180g dates, soaked for 15 minutes then drain
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 3 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water
Directions:
- Blend dates to make a smooth paste.
- Mix in all other ingredients and press ingredients into a 20x20cm tray.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Enjoy!
