- 1 Scoop Musashi 100% Whey Protein, Vanilla
- 1 Large Very Ripe Banana
- 1/8 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- Beat egg whites for 2 minutes until they form soft peaks.
- In a new bowl, mix egg yolks along with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Gradually combine the egg white mixture into banana mixture.
- Scoop 1/4 of mixture onto skillet and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side over low heat.
- Optional: Top with fresh fruit or add dark chocolate chips into mixture.
