Check Out Our Blog Survey Results

We recently sent out a short survey about our blog, and we thought it would be nice to summarize and share the results with you. We didn't receive quite as many responses as we hoped, but we're happy to have any at all, and we want to thank everyone that took the time to fill out the survey.


Do you read our blog?


It turns out that about 65% of you do read our blog and we're pumped to hear that. However, we did have a few people that commented about not knowing we even had a blog, so there's that. We'll see what we can do about making the blog more visible.


How often?


The overwhelming majority answered weekly or monthly, and while that might not seem helpful, it really is. Rather than try to crank out a large quantity of content to please daily readers (which we don't have many of), we can instead put our efforts into creating one or two super high quality posts per week. 


Do you find our posts useful?


"Sometimes" was the winner here, with "usually" not too far behind. Luckily, only a handful of people appear to be entirely unsatisfied with our blog -- we're sorry if you're one of them! Feel free to comment on this post and tell us what we could do better.


What would you like to see more of?


This isn't exactly surprising, but many of our readers seem to be most interested in recipes and fitness tips. That's the type of content we've been focusing on over the last few months and we don't plan to change that, so it looks like we're heading in the right direction. In hindsight though, we probably should have included an option on the survey for supplement information as well.

As for the fill-in-the-blank portion of this question, we had a lot of great responses. Requests that popped up the most frequently concerned women's content, in-depth information about the supplements we carry, and advanced exercise and workout tips. We won't be able to address some of the specific topics people asked for, but we should be able to push out some good content in these areas.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the folks who gave paragraph-length responses to this question. It's nice to see numbers, but it's a way bigger deal to have unique qualitative feedback.
