Kimmi's Creamy PB2 Oats
PB2 is this cool new product I got as I am going to use it in a few coming recipes that I saw that looked yum. It is also really handy to travel with and chuck into protein shakes, oats, etc. We just got a new size in stock - The Giant PB Chocolate. Kimmi's Creamy PB2 Oats Ingredients:
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Quick oats
  • 2 Tbl. PB2 powder chocolate or regular
  • 1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
  • 1 scoop BioX Power Whey Rocky Road or Chocolate Peanut Butter
    Steps:  Mix all ingredients together except the protein powder and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in additional almond milk or water if too thick. Stir in protein powder once cooked for chocolate peanut butter goodness.
    I also like to drizzle a little almond milk on top and sometimes add fresh berries on top for extra antioxidants. If you are feeling sick of oats or you need to be gluten free you can use brown rice cereal instead.
