- 1/4-1/2 cup Quick oats
- 2 Tbl. PB2 powder chocolate or regular
- 1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
1 scoop BioX Power Whey Rocky Road or Chocolate Peanut Butter
Steps: Mix all ingredients together except the protein powder and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in additional almond milk or water if too thick. Stir in protein powder once cooked for chocolate peanut butter goodness.I also like to drizzle a little almond milk on top and sometimes add fresh berries on top for extra antioxidants. If you are feeling sick of oats or you need to be gluten free you can use brown rice cereal instead.
