Well basically right now I am having high carbs due to my competition coming up in 2 days. In my lunch box I have a quarter cup of basmati rice and 300grams of chicken breast. I will have 7 meals a day, 3 of them consisting basmati rice (quarter cup in each meal) with either chicken or fish and the rest are veges with chicken or fish. I eat my meals every 2-3 hours and when not having carbs I have Waihi Bush flaxseed oil which is healthy fats. I get in 50grams of healthy fats a day.
