
Well at 6% bodyfat this is where prepping gets really tough. I’m not going to lie to you; I’m pretty beat up right now. The day gets harder. Getting out of bed in the morning you feel like you have been hit by a bus. But you have to pick yourself up and get on with it. I work a 9-6 job being an amateur and I give that my all like I do with my training. In life it’s all about balance. Nothing I do is half arsed. Something my father taught me growing up which I am very grateful for, is that and in his own words
"when you do a job or something that just needs to be done you just get stuck in". I never knew it would be a life lesson. So, as I sit here feeling like a train wreck after a long day at work, I’m having a black coffee prepping my mind to "get stuck in" to this back workout and cardio I have ahead of me ;) 6 more weeks baby time to kill it!!!
