CAREER GOALS:

To lead a healthy and active lifestyle to help me achieve what ever I set my mind to. Pass on my knowledge, and help others in their drive for health, fitness and lifestyle goals.

To be better than I was yesterday!!!

 

SPORTS, HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

I have been heavily involved in sports all my life. Participating and officiating in Touch Rugby, Rugby Union, Athletics and Soccer. Over the last 10 years I have been involved in the fitness industry either as a personal trainer or through my own training for Rugby. I enjoy working as a mentor and role model to others who wish to make positive changes in improving the lifestyle through fitness and healthy choices.

 

I am now in my first season in the NZIFBB Mens Physique Division.

BIGGEST CAREER INFLUENCE

Nothing beats family and friends who understand and support my lifestyle and are right behind me in all my challenges I set myself.

 

TWO TRAINING TIPS FOR ASPIRING ATHLETES:

Learn as much as you can by talking to people you look up to. Speak to people who have been there done that. Learn Learn Learn!

 

Don't beat yourself up over mistakes, we all make them, but it's how we get up and learn from them. Get back in the grind!
