No time to hit the gym? Or tired of exercising indoors?

​Get outside, run to the nearest park, or find some nice spot, somewhere with a bench would be great. ​After your morning or afternoon run, you can do these exercises so you won't still miss your fitness goals.




  • ​Bench-push ups (15 reps)

  • ​Single-leg squat (15 reps each leg)
