4 Workouts At Home with Resistance Band

If you are recovering from an injury or have existing joint pain, you can exercise using resistance bands. They offer the same muscle activity, but less chance of injury. They're ideal for rehabilitation too.

More importantly, they're light and portable, easy to carry around, and fit in your bag when you travel.

Here are some exercises you can perform using resistance bands:






  • Russian Twist — 15 reps x 2 



  • Single-Leg Glute Bridge — 15 reps x 2



  • Lunges — 15 reps x 2
