Here's the workout description: ​

  • Reverse crunches with a dumbbell.


  • Straight leg kick-ups holding dumbbells.


  • Circular leg lifts with a dumbbell.


  • Reverse crunch to V-ups with a dumbbell.


  • Rotate with a straight bar.
