What got you started in the fitness industry/bodybuilding?
I have always been an athlete growing up. I played football, basketball, ran track and baseball. I also competed in MMA and went 6-2. I always try to stay active to stay in shape.
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation comes from the fear of being mediocre, or blending in with everyone else. I like to stick out of the crowd and have always been a leader.
What does your typical weekly workout plan look like?
I workout at least 5 days a week, concentrating on one/two body parts a day. I try to do cardio 3 times a week on the stair stepper for 15-20 minutes.
What is your favourite bodypart to train?
My favorite body part to train is shoulders. Nothing like walking out of the gym with a good pump from my shoulder workout!
What is your favourite EHPlabs product and why?
