Here's an exercise that you can do anywhere. You don't need any gym equipment. No gloves or punching bags needed.
The uppercut hook switch essentially benefits your whole body. When you're doing this exercise, you're on effect getting an arm workout, an ab workout, and a leg workout in one. And it is a highly effective cardio workout. Just slow down, speed up, or switch up accordingly.
Here's how to do it:
- Begin in a ready stance.
- Do an uppercut punch with your right hand and then follow it with a hook punch using you're left hand.
- As you punch with your right hand, make sure that you twist your right leg and move your hips accordingly.
- When you punch with your left hand, also twist your left leg and move your hips accordingly.
- Turn around and do the uppercut-hook punch combo again.

Tip: Play some upbeat music and box your heart out in tune with the music. Find your rhythm.
