Lateral Exercises To Strengthen Your Leg Muscles

Start your day with this workout. 

Here's an exercise combination you can try to strengthen and tone your inner and outer thighs. This also targets your quads, glutes, and hamstrings.

 

​Here's how to do it:

  1. Stand in a lateral position.
  2. Proceed to a side lunge.
  3. Combine it with a knee lift.
  4. Do another side lunge.
  5. Finish off with a curtsy lunge.
  6. Repeat as needed.
  7. Do the same on the other side.
