Plank Variations and Combinations

Plank is one of the best core exercises. It is great for burning calories, developing a strong stomach,  improving your posture and flexibility, among other benefits. And though it might look simple, this is an exercise that requires a lot of balance and resilience.

The great thing about plank is that you can do variations and combinations of them during a workout session.

Now have your exercise mat ready and let's get started.

Here are three combinations you can perform. Each combination consists of a variety of planking exercises.
