Supplement Stack: Depends what the goals are but a protein blend cause it's cost efficient and is useful no matter what the goals are. Multivitamins, joint support, Scivation Xtend (BCAA's and glutamine) and pre-workout for the big days. I reckon that's the basic stuff for all year around.
General Advice: Hardwork and Persistence are the keys to unlocking any treasure in life.
