Who are you? Your life story in one paragraph.
I come from a large family of 8, so my family is my everything. I'm here everyday, striving to do my best for them.
What do you like most about working here?
Everything! My team, my customers. But most of all, helping people achieve their goals.
What do you do to stay fit?
I go to the gym 5-6 times a week. Weights is my preferred way of training.
What's your favourite/least favourite exercise?
Favorite exercise would be any back exercise, shoulder press, and squats. Least favorite is cardio.
What's your favourite workout music?
Pop, trap, and slow jams, depending on my mood.
What's your favourite food?
FRIES, curly fires, french fries, EVERY KIND OF FRIES.
What's your #1 fitness/nutrition/health tip?
Learn to enjoy being fit and healthy. You want it to be a lifestyle not a chore. Find what you enjoy and you'll never complain about having to do it.
