Healtheries Easy Sleep is a blend of five traditional herbs that can help you to sleep more easily by calming your stress and tension. With Valerian, Passionflower, Skullcap, Hops and Wild Lettuce, it’s the natural way to get a better night’s sleep.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. If needed increase to 2 tablets daily before bedtime. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
