While all BCAAs play an important role in muscle growth, it is Leucine that has been suggested to critically impact muscle protein synthesis. Leucine has been suggested to increase glucose and amino acid uptake in muscle and is often regarded as the single most powerful muscle synthesizing amino acid.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 400ml of water and consume before, during and/or after training. Amino Recovery 4:1:1 is best taken in one of two ways: 1. As a pre/intra workout drink mix. 2. Immediately after exercise and before your post workout shake. Additional servings may be used to meet your daily amino acid requirements.
