Suggested Use: Use as a workout supplement to boost energy reduce fatigue, and enhance performance. Helps promote mental sharpness, proper muscle function, and normal electrolyte balance.
Adults 18+ years: Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix 1/2 scoop in 1-2 cups of water immediately before consumption, 45-90 minutes before workouts. Read and follow the warning before using.
CAUTIONS: For occasional use only. High caffeine content. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or persons sensitive to caffeine.
