Kimmi: It contains 100 mg of 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia, plus 200 mg vitamin C and 15 mg vitamin B6.

Kimmi: Absolutely. 5-HTP must not be combined with medicines that raise serotonin unless a prescriber specifically approves it.
Dietary information: Gluten free, non-GMO, vegetarian and vegan.
Take 1 capsule with or without food.
Warnings: Do not use with MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, other antidepressants, triptans, tramadol, dextromethorphan, St John’s wort or other products that increase serotonin unless specifically directed by a prescriber. Seek urgent help for agitation, confusion, sweating, fever, diarrhoea, tremor, muscle rigidity or a rapid heartbeat. May cause drowsiness; do not drive if affected. Seek professional advice before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medicines, or managing a medical condition. Each capsule supplies 15 mg vitamin B6; include this when adding up other supplements. Keep out of reach of children. The product is tested for “Peak X.”
