What is Psyllium Husk?

Apple Pectin may also aid healthy cholesterol levels by binding with the cholesterol in the gut, thereby preventing its absorption into the bloodstream.
Apple Pectin also slows down the activity of enzymes that break down starches and sugar. Thus the absorption of carbohydrates and sugars is slowed down, preventing blood sugar spikes which may lead to weight gain and diabetes.
Suggested Dose: Take 2 capsules with 8 oz. glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times a day.
