Kimmi: BCM-95™ curcumin extract with whole organic turmeric extract. Each capsule provides 500mg of turmeric and curcumin extracts in total.
Jase: Is it one capsule from day one?
Kimmi: No. The supplied directions begin with two capsules daily for the first week, followed by one or two daily.
This supplement is intended for nutritional support and is not a treatment for chronic inflammatory or digestive conditions.
Recommended Use: Adults and Children over 12 years: For the first week, take 2 capsules per day with food. After the first week, take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
