Jase: Yes. Use 350ml water for the listed isotonic mix or 200ml for the more concentrated hypertonic mix.
For the isotonic mix, add 1 rounded scoop (25g) to 350ml water. For the more concentrated hypertonic mix, add 1 rounded scoop to 200ml water. Follow the current label for timing and do not exceed 4 doses per day. Each dose contains 375kJ (90 calories); the maximum daily dose provides 248mg sodium.
