Jase: One 8.7 g scoop provides 300 mg of elemental magnesium, 3 g of taurine and 50 mg of vitamin B6. The therapeutic directions use two scoops daily, so that would provide 100 mg of B6 per day.

Jase: Yes. Supplemental B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy, particularly with higher or combined intake. Stop and seek advice for tingling, burning, numbness or weakness.
