Jase: No. It’s a barley-and-wheatgrass powder with coconut-derived MCT. One 3 g serving contains 1.44 g of the grass blend and 1.44 g of MCT.

Jase: No. MCT is a fat source, and individual responses vary. It can also cause nausea, cramping or loose stools, especially when introduced quickly.
