Jase: Right. Do not swallow it. Essential oils are concentrated, so follow the aromatherapy instructions and any dilution guidance on the label.
Avoid contact with skin as well as eyes. Packaging note: a dropper insert is not included with the 4 oz and 16 oz bottle sizes. Keep away from children. Stop if irritation, headache, nausea or breathing symptoms occur, and check with a qualified professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, around infants, or around sensitive pets.
Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference sources for suggested dilution ratios.
