Unlike no other, monk fruit’s sweetness comes from naturally occurring antioxidants called ‘mogrosides’ and is renowned for its intense sweetness without the bitter aftertaste. Monk fruit also called Luo Han Guo or in Latin ‘Siraitia grosvenorii' is a fruit native to China and has been used in traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries. Morlife Monk Fruit Powder is vegan, gluten-free, and is simply dried monk fruit juice (it is not an extract). Our Monk Fruit Powder has a subtle caramel undertone and is roughly 10 times sweeter than sugar, so a little goes a long way!
Suggested Use: Morlife Monk Fruit can be used in anything that needs sweetening, such as hot and cold beverages, smoothies, cooking, and baking.
