Jase: No. It is for a diffuser or room mister, must not be swallowed, and must not be used on skin because it reacts strongly to sunlight and other ultraviolet light.
Safety: Essential oils are highly concentrated. Follow the 30-drops-per-1-oz room-mister direction below, keep away from children, and avoid eyes and skin. Stop using it if irritation, nausea, or breathing symptoms occur.
