Targeted pressure to help relieve kneecap discomfort
The center pad of this strap delivers apt pressure to provide relief from patella tendon pain and the outside pads help improve patella tracking. Be it sports, exercise, running, or cycling, this strap does not restrict any movement.
HOW TO WEAR
Step 1: Open main and secondary straps. Position pad over the base of the palm of the hand, where joint bends. Wrap and secure the main strap
Step 2: Wrap the secondary strap and secure it. Adjust until the desired level of support is achieved.
Step 3: Secure the secondary strap firmly.
HOW TO WASH
Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
