Kelp is a sea vegetable that contains naturally occurring iodine and other essential minerals and vitamins. Iodine helps support healthy thyroid function, particularly in the production of thyroid hormones, which are important for maintaining normal metabolism in all cells of the body.
Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily with food, or as professionally recommended. Mix with salad dressings or dips, or sprinkle on food such as salads, pizzas or smoothies.
Cautions:
Kelp Powder should not be taken by women pregnant, lactating or wanting to conceive as the iodine levels of this supplement are inappropriate for infants.
