Kimmi: The panel lists 1.4g of psyllium husk powder and 100mg of apple pectin, providing 1g of dietary fibre.
Product notes: Take each dose with at least a full glass of liquid exactly as directed. Do not use with swallowing difficulty, and seek urgent help for chest pain, vomiting, trouble swallowing or breathing after a dose. Fibre can affect medicine absorption, so separate medicines as advised by a pharmacist. The prominent choking notice, adult caution, allergens and panel remain; the cross-sell has been removed.
Suggested Dose: Take 2 capsules with 8 oz. glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times a day.
