Kimmi: Echinacea, elderflower, lemon oil, liquorice and thyme. It comes in a vegetable-glycerin base containing ethanol and apple cider vinegar.
The ingredients do not establish that the product prevents viral illness, boosts immunity or speeds recovery. Babies and young children with fever, breathing difficulty, unusual sleepiness, poor feeding, dehydration or worsening symptoms need appropriate medical assessment.
The liquid is labelled from birth but contains ethanol and liquorice. Liquorice can affect blood pressure and potassium and interact with medicines.
