The supplied directions refer to a 75g tub even though this product is 341g, so use the current 341g package rather than emptying the whole container. Bathing claims should be limited to the experience of a warm soak, not treatment of pain, stress or magnesium deficiency.
Important: For external use only. Keep away from eyes and do not use on broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation or excessive skin peeling occurs. Take care around slippery baths and use water at a safe temperature. Ask a healthcare professional before use for children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease.
Add only the amount directed on the current 341g package to a warm bath or foot soak. Soak for 15–30 minutes, rinse if desired and discard foot-soak water after use.
