Kimmi: How much elemental magnesium is in one tablet?
Jase: The two magnesium chelates provide 50mg and 150mg respectively, for 200mg elemental magnesium per tablet. It also contains zinc, vitamin B6, chromium and selenium.
Kimmi: There are two different dose options?
Jase: Yes: one tablet daily for supplementation, or one tablet three times daily under the other labelled direction.
At three tablets daily, the listed vitamin B6 intake is 49.8mg. Long-term or excessive vitamin B6 can cause tingling, burning or numbness; stop and seek advice if these occur. Magnesium may cause digestive upset and affect absorption of some medicines. Check before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medicines, or managing kidney disease. Do not exceed 150 micrograms of supplemental selenium daily.
Adults:
To support healthy muscles and energy production: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
For daily magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.
Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.
