Kimmi: Each tablet lists 1,000mg garcinia extract standardised to at least 50% hydroxycitric acid, giving 500mg HCA.
Garcinia supplements have been linked to rare but potentially serious liver injury. Do not use if you have liver disease, and stop promptly for yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual fatigue, nausea or abdominal pain. Garcinia may also affect blood sugar and serotonin; check with a healthcare professional before use with diabetes medicines, antidepressants or other serotonergic products.
Usage: Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily. For best results, take 30 - 60 minutes before meals.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
