Important: Three tablets provide 15 mg of vitamin B6, and the directions may involve repeated doses before meals. Combined or prolonged supplemental B6 can cause tingling, burning, numbness or weakness; stop and seek advice if these occur. Check dosing with a health professional.
Suggested Use: 2 to 3 tablets 45 minutes before meals. Keep tightly closed after each use. Moisture absorption by some amino acids may cause tablet disintegration.
Warning: Contains phenylalanine and tyrosine. Not to be used by phenylketonurics, women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, or with antidepressant drugs containing MAOIs or SSRIs.
