Jase: Two capsules provide 275 mg. The label allows up to two servings in 24 hours, which would total 550 mg of caffeine before counting coffee, tea, pre-workout or other sources.

Jase: No. High caffeine intake can cause palpitations, anxiety, tremor, insomnia and dangerous effects. This formula also contains 5-HTP, huperzia, tyrosine, theobromine, ashwagandha and several concentrated extracts with medicine interactions.
