Kimmi: No. It has more capsules, while each still lists 40mg of vitamin B6 alongside the other B vitamins and choline.
Jase: Any issue with taking that long term?
Kimmi: High supplemental B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy. Watch for tingling, burning, numbness or balance problems.
Product notes: Check B6 from every supplement, stop and seek advice if nerve symptoms occur, and get professional guidance for ongoing use. The label also excludes use with haemochromatosis and advises checking during pregnancy or breastfeeding. “Activated” does not establish better absorption for everyone.
