Kimmi: The supplied panel shows the same dried inner-leaf aloe vera juice, rice starch and vegetarian capsule—just in the larger pack.
Suggested Use:
Adults: 1-2 capsules daily.
Children 6-12yrs: 1 capsule daily.
Best taken on an empty stomach, 30mins before meals.
