Calcium + Magnesium is a comprehensive formula containing synergistic nutrients including vitamins D & K that help support the bioavailability of calcium.
Calcium and Magnesium are important for the normal growth and development of healthy bones and teeth, as well as supporting muscle contraction and blood clotting. Bones are comprised of the minerals calcium and magnesium.
These minerals, including boron and manganese, are essential in our diets to support new bone production and maintenance. Horsetail naturally contains the mineral silica, which supports bone strength and skin, nail and hair health.
Calcium ascorbate provides vitamin C, an essential antioxidant that supports collagen production, a critical component of bones. Vitamin D maintains normal bone development and supports the absorption of calcium. Vitamin K aids normal blood clotting, important for wound healing. Each tablet contains: Calcium (marine source) 250mg, Magnesium (marine source) 100mg, Manganese (Chelate) 1mg, Boron (Chelate) 250mcg, Horsetail 50mg, Calcium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) 30mg, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2.5mcg, Phylloquinone (Vitamin K1) 2.5mcg.
This product contains tabletting aids. Some herbal extracts used. Adults – Take 1-2 tablets twice daily with food, or as professionally recommended. Best taken with Pro-life Daily Man or Daily Woman to maintain adequate daily nutrient intake. Calcium supplements may cause constipation, gas and bloating in some individuals.
