What is Superior Magnesium?
Superior Magnesium contains a well-absorbed blend of magnesium and nutritional co-factors to ensure optimal absorption and utilisation by the body. Superior Magnesium is important for the nervous system, beneficial during times of stress, soothes muscle tension and cramps, and supports a night of restful sleep.
How Does it Work?
Superior Magnesium combines Magnesium Chelate, Magnesium Malate with Zinc, D3, Boron, and B6 (pyridoxal –5-phosphate). Magnesium Chelate is important for the normal functioning of cells, nerves, muscles, bones, and heart. Magnesium Malate is rapidly absorbed and supports natural energy levels. Malate has been shown to assist with many conditions including migraines, chronic pain, and depression. B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) – supports sleep, mood, hormones. It is required for the synthesis of neurotransmitters, hemoglobin production, nucleic acid production, lipid, and carbohydrate metabolism. Zinc supports tissue growth and repair and is vital for a healthy immune system. Boron supports optimal magnesium absorption and aids bone and joint health. Vitamin D3 supports the nervous system, muscle strength, and function.
